Keep listening and learning by following these steps from elllo.org:

Step 1 Read the Question. Briefly think about the question

Step 2 Play the Video. Listen for meaning. The first time, try to listen with the captions off.
Step 3 Take the Quiz After listening, open the quiz and try to answer the questions.
Step 4 Listen with Captions. Open the "CC" button and read the text as you listen. CC means "Closed Captions."
Step 5  Answer the question yourself copying expressions from the speakers. Listen to yourself speaking up.
