SPONGE CAKE.
In the winter, I like to drink hot milk with coffee, but I love eating sponge cake with a glass of milk. So, I’m going to explain my favourite recipe; this is a sponge cake.
To make it, you need these ingredients: three eggs, one lemon yoghurt, some olive oil, some flour, some sugar, some yeast.

Extend the candy into the container/s Pour the mixture into the container/s and put it/s in a water bath on the oven’s tray for 45 minutes
You need: Some potatoes. Four chicken steaks. Eight slices of bacon. Eight slices of cheese. Some olive oil. Some salt.
Cut the potatoes into slices and put them on a plate in the oven. Cook it about ten minutes, with some olive oil. After that put the chicken steaks on the potatoes, and add some salt. Add the bacon and the cheese on the chicken steaks and put in in the oven, cook for about twenty minutes, and that´s it. The dish is easy to make. It isn´t healthy because of cholesterol, but it is quick, and it´s very tasty. I hope that you like it.
1/2 Kg.of red pumkpkim 2 onions 2 carrots 1 leek 1 garlic clove 1 glass of natural tomato 1 glass of oil water and salt
Elaboration
Saute the vegetables, add the pumpkim and the patatoes into pieces. Add the water, salt and natural tomato. And leave over low heat during one hour. When it´s finished, beat the mixture and serve.
My favoutite dish is a fish cake. I really like eating at all times. You can eat it cold, with some mayonnaise, some pink sauce, some tomato sauce,...To make it you can add some different fish: some hake, some tuna, some musseles,...
SUPPLIES NEEDED 200 gr hake 1 tin of musseles 1 tin of tuna 1 tin of red pepers 4 eggs 1 onion 2 claves of garlic 4 spoonfull olive iol 3/4 glass of milk Salt Pepper
Elaboration
Blend the onion, the caves of garlic and the olive oil, for seven minutes. Add and blend all ingredientes in a bolw, until a homogeneous mass. Put it in a mould and bake it for 30 minutes (392ºF) When it's finished,let cool and serve with mayonnaise, pink sauce or tomato sauce.

(for eight people)
Ingredientes : - a pint of milk (1/2 l.)
