Find a link to this famous British chef, Jamie Oliver's speech. You can even shadowread the speech on an interactive script while listening to the video!

Sharing powerful stories from his anti-obesity project in Huntington, W. Va., TED Prize winner Jamie Oliver makes the case for an assault on our ignorance of food.

It's hair raising, a wakeup call to mind what we choose to eat!
Some time ago, Montse, a classmate recommended this link!

I think Jamie is a good show-man, he looks American non English! The food kills people, it's true, but if you eat well, healthy, it isn't enough for live more years - the scientists know that the most illness, the obesity including, are genetics. And there isn't any food that it's able to cure any illness.

Thank you, Montse, I have never seen Jamie Olivier before. He moves very quickly and seem to be nervous, doesn´t he?
I think genetics is not the only cause of obesity. May be the main cause of morbid obesity. But if you eat more than you need, you can get obese too.
So I think we ought to care of what and how much we eat. The food can not cure, I agree with it, but we can get ill if we don´t eat well.
